Return Policy

At Indy Superbikes, we stand behind the products we sell. This policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made through our online store and in-person at our Carmel, Indiana location.
Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Indy Superbikes. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please review our return guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:
- Item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- All tags, labels, and protective materials are still attached
- Item is in resalable condition
To initiate a return, please contact us before shipping anything back so we can provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Helmets that have been worn beyond an initial fitting (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- Custom or special-order parts ordered specifically for your motorcycle
- Electrical components that have been installed (ECUs, quickshifters, etc.)
- Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact us at info@indysbk.com or call (317) 207-0525 to request a return authorization.
Step 2: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include your order number and return authorization number.
Step 3: Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
For local customers in the Indianapolis/Carmel area, you may return items in person at our shop during business hours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error
- Refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the replacement item is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference.
For gear sizing questions before you buy, we strongly encourage visiting our shop in Carmel, Indiana to try items on in person. Proper fit is critical for safety, especially with helmets and racing suits.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Please take photos of any damage before discarding packaging, as this helps us file claims with carriers and manufacturers.
Items covered by a manufacturer warranty will be handled through the manufacturer's warranty process. We'll help coordinate the claim on your behalf.
Dropshipped Items
Many of our products ship directly from our distributor partners. Returns on dropshipped items may be subject to the distributor's return policy, which in some cases may differ from ours. We will work with you and the distributor to resolve any return issues. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain distributor returns.
