Experienced Service Technician
We're growing and we need a technician who actually loves this stuff.

Indy Superbikes is a service-first sportbike shop specializing in track day riders and club racers. We just expanded to a 6,000 sq ft facility in Carmel and we're looking for the right person to grow with us — not just fill a seat.
We move at a good pace, but we don't cut corners. The right candidate takes pride in the work, not just the clock.
What We Need
- Real powersports service experience — you've turned wrenches professionally and you're good at it
- The ability to work independently and own your work from start to finish
- Genuine passion for motorcycles — this has to be more than a paycheck
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and solid communication — we're a small team and culture matters
You don't need all of the brand experience listed below — but some is a must.

- Have sportbike-specific experience
- Ride or have interest in track days or club racing

Compensation
Base hourly ($20–$25/hr depending on experience) + a share of billed labor hours. An experienced tech billing consistently can realistically earn $80,000–$90,000+. Efficiency matters — but so does doing it right the first time. We're not a volume shop chasing ticket counts. Quality is non-negotiable, and we want someone who feels the same way.
No benefits package currently — we'll be straight with you about that. What we offer instead is a shop worth coming to work at, with real intent to add benefits as we grow.
We're looking for someone local to the Indianapolis area or willing to relocate.
